Sales, quality, processes, woodworking, chemistry and gastronomy are part of my background. Today I work in technology consulting and development at my company, Maldivas Tech.
I like understanding the work of the people who reach out to me. What takes time, what causes problems and what we can improve.
I’m Rafael Maldivas, developer and founder of Maldivas Tech. My background includes sales, quality and processes, woodworking, technical training in chemistry and gastronomy. These experiences shape how I understand a business.
Today I bring that experience to software development, integrations, data analysis and digital services. I enjoy following a project from the first conversation through to everyday use and improvements based on feedback.
Maldivas Tech is my registered company, with contracts and service invoicing. I take on consulting and development projects and am also open to opportunities working with a team.

Lab work, analytical instrumentation and customer support, including international clients. This is where I learned to translate technical things for non-technical people.

Six years hitting aggressive targets at Heineken and picked as technical mentor for onboarding new reps. I lived POS, inventory, stockouts and merchandising firsthand.

Salesforce CRM, lead qualification and commercial reporting in Power BI.

Systems Analysis and Development at IFSP, Digital Marketing by Google and drone piloting certified by ITARC.
